Shenzhen Factors Association (SZFA) was officially founded on 24th September 2015, according to the relevant laws and regulations of China. With firm support and guidance provided by Shenzhen Municipal Financial Regulatory Bureau, SZFA is an industry-specific, non-profit and cooperative self-regulatory organization, with its members including commercial factoring companies and other economic organizations. SZFA will perform administrative functions that have been transferred by relevant governing bodies. Based in Qianhai of Shenzhen, it now has about 300 members.

Our duties:

Talent cultivation: to provide continuous education and on-job training for professionals as required by the development of industry to enhance the competence of professionals in commercial factoring.   

Coordination: to coordinate relations between members and relevant authorities, lawyers and other third-party organizations, so as to enable members to operate and compete legitimately.

Resource sharing: to promote enterprise-to-enterprise cooperation and financial cooperation, give full play to the function of resource integration and stimulate the endogenous power of enterprises.

Industrial research: to research and analyze the situation of factoring industry, publish research results, and give effective suggestions for the problems what the industry faced.

Policy interpretation: to interpret the relevant policies and market dynamics to members, analyze policies and market trend.

Self-regulation: to establish and improve the industrial system and self-regulation system, to promote healthy competition within the industry.

Consulting Services: to provide comprehensive and professional consultation services to members to promote members’ development.

Information service: to build an information service platform to share the timely industry information to members.

Government functions: to provide a communication platform between the government and industry, actively reflect the problems, requirements and suggestions of members during business activities to the government.
